Our unoaked sun filled fruit forward

white wine, is made from golden

ripe grapes harvested during the cool

morning hours. A gentle squeeze

followed by cold fermentation helps

retain the crisp young flavors that

hint of tangerine, cantaloupe and

soft pineapple undertones.

Each year we hold a bit of our best wines

in reserve. You can hold some of that

rare wine. Our secondary barrel fermentation technique, results in a dry white wine with a more complex character. It retains crisp citrus, married with suave vanillin and honey butter. We like to pair it with ham, salmon, and chicken, or with simple back porch contemplation.

cultivated and made famous in

Tuscany since Roman times.

Ours is made in Texas for

folks who fancy a bright, medium

bodied red. The footprint of this wine

displays black cherry, enhanced by

barreling that develop[s a soft toast, vanilla nose and smooth finish.

Nevertheless, it's a fantastic dry red, released from the Vintner's own cache, and made with a european slant.

It's our casks that create the well

developed body, and subtle notes of

toasted oak. There's firm lush tannins, delicious ripe blackberry and spice.

Our blending of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon with 10% Merlot along with barrel aging, results in this smooth & juicy red wine.

Flavors of black raspberry with dark chocolate notes and a lush texture, are punctuated with a hint of oak.
