Tammy Marler grew up living across the United States from California to Texas, giving her a broad perspective on life. She began writing and singing as a young teenager. After moving to San Antonio, TX, she began pursuing a career in contemporary Christian music. She traveled to churches to sing and also opened for the then, ever popular Power Team in stadiums, all while being a wife and mother to six children.
Tammy continued to craft and perfect her style. Her honest writing threw her right into the country music genre, and living in Texas, that worked out perfectly. She met Scotty Ray, Collin Ray’s brother and Miranda Lambert’s guitar player, and was a demo singer on some of his original music.
Tammy has continued to perform with her band and acoustically at events and venues across Texas and in Tennessee. Her children have inherited her passion for music and can often be seen by her side on stage or listed as a co writer on one her many songs. She is now a published writer who’s songs are pursued by many young artists.
