RestaurantTrebbiano is one of the most widely planted grapes in Italy and France and is now grown in the High Plains of Texas. As a varietal, Trebbiano wine is crisp, acidic and light-bodied with subtle hints of white peach, lemon and stone minerality. It pairs wonderfully with dishes on the light, herbaceous side of the spectrum: fresh basil pesto, seafood pastas, hard aged cheeses such as Parmesan and Pecorino, cream-based sauces on pasta, pizza or chicken and simple antipasti like citrus-cured olives and anchovies.
Our Dry Muscat Canelli boasts an aromatic profile of ripe pear, honey, and mandarin oranges. This intriguing bouquet is fruit-forward and zesty on the palate featuring citrus, pear, peach, and orange notes. It is delicate, balanced, and supported by a refreshing acidity that leaves a lingering, floral finish. This versatile wine pairs perfectly with fresh fruit, strong, sharp cheeses, spicy Asian dishes, Indian curry, and creamy desserts.
Creating an ambiance is a passion that motivates us to share with you what we love most. Each weekend we feature live music on our outdoor deck, patio or in the restaurant dining room in Pittsburg and on Saturday afternoons on our patio in Fredericksburg.
