The Wine Club

Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards’ Wine Club is a great way to sample a variety of fantastic wines throughout the year while enjoying discounts and special events exclusive to its members. You’ll receive notification of new wine releases, wine awards and member-only events and up to two complimentary glasses of wine on all visits to any Los Pinos Ranch Vineyards Tasting Room. You may also receive wines not available to non-club members and membership is free!

The Cellar Master will make the selections for each shipment but you will have the opportunity to customize each order after you receive the announcement email prior to processing.

All club shipments are made four times a year – in February, May, August and November. In order to save on shipping fees, we encourage you to pick up your wine at our exclusive Wine Club Pick-up Parties and spend some wine time in the vines!

By joining our Wine Club, you agree to receive a minimum of four selections before cancelling your membership.

Three Bottle Dry Club

This level features three (3) bottles of our award winning dry wines, carefully selected by our winemaker, four (4) times a year (February, May, August and November). Enjoy 10% off all wines, food and gifts when visiting the winery or when ordering online.

Six Bottle Dry Club

This level features six (6) bottles of our award winning dry wines, carefully selected by our winemaker, four (4) times a year (February, May, August and November). Enjoy 15% off all wines, food and gifts when visiting the winery or when ordering online.

Twelve Bottle Dry Club

This level features twelve (12) bottles of our award winning dry wines, carefully selected by our winemaker, four (4) times a year (February, May, August and November). Enjoy 20% off all wines, food and gifts when visiting the winery or when ordering online. Additionally, 12 Bottle members receive free shipping on all Wine Club orders.

WINE CLUB SHIPPING POLICY:

All changes to shipping addresses for your wine club order must be made by the deadline date set prior to each shipment. Any changes made after the deadline date cannot be guaranteed. This includes any re-routes, returns or cancelled orders that occur after this date. Cancelled and changes to orders after the deadline date will incur a $10 charge. Any redirects and address corrections made after the deadline date will incur a $17.50 charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I certify I am 21 years of age or older and understand the signature of an adult over 21 is required by law to accept delivery. I agree to accept four (4) shipments before cancellation. I agree my credit card will be charged automatically in advance of each shipment (on the 1st Monday of each Wine Club shipment month) and the purchase is non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, the wine is considered purchased and can no longer be returned or exchanged. I understand I will not receive any advance notification prior to processing my payment.I understand, I must log into my account online and change my selections before payment is processed. Otherwise, I will receive the wines selected by the Wine Club according to my preference (Dry Wines or Sweet Wines). Wine Club does not have the ability to change wine selections once payment has been made.I understand, if I have chosen to have my wine shipped, I am responsible for all shipping, return and re-shipping costs. Although Twelve Bottle members do receive free shipping, they are responsible for any return or reshipping costs.I understand I must notify Wine Club a minimum of 10 business days prior to the order payment date of any cancellations or changes by email to wineclub@lospinosranchvineyards.com. I understand my email address must always remain current and active to ensure receipt of important updates and notices of pertinent wine club information.I agree that if I have chosen to pick up my wines and have not picked them up by the last day of the Wine Club shipment month or made arrangements, my wine will be shipped automatically and I will be charged the appropriate processing and shipping fees. If, for some reason, the fees are not able to be charged, my wine will go back into inventory and will be considered forfeited.
